Temperature monitoring – fire prevention in the energy sector

PQSense prevents fires in electrical substations. It is a telemetry-based wireless (RFID) system for continuous temperature monitoring on power components operating at low and medium voltage. It is a complete, scalable solution tailored to the size and architecture of the substation. The RFID technology used makes it an important safety system, replacing or complementing the existing thermal imaging camera system.

RFID monitoring technology advantages

RFID sensing technology. Digital, passive, batteryless, safe and easy to install.

Temperature monitoring of power network elements

It works safely in LV and MV networks up to 15kV

Wide range of sensor size

Sensors with Unique ID, expansion possibilities. Completely Passive: battery-free, needless of CT power
Digital controllers with 4 up to 8 RFID antennas

Digital controllers with 4 up to 8 RFID antennas

Flexible arrangement of antennas depending on the needs. RS485/Modbus RTU for connectivity with extelnal SCADA systems.
Hanheld reader

Hanheld reader

Handheld reader allows you to read all sensors data within 3 meter distanse.Even if the sensor is covered by other elements.
PC Software

PC Software

PC software communicates via MODBUS with controllers and displays all temperatures on PC screen.
Accessories

Accessories

Wireless communication and time synchronization are essential components of the system. PQSense uses ELPROMA devices: GSM routers and NTP servers.
Demonstration Kit

Demonstration Kit

This specially designed mobile kit includes a miniaturized PQSence system, ready to demonstrate how the temperature measurement solution works at the customer's location.
